Incident IQ
Case Study | Branding | Digital Design
Info
During my internship at Incident IQ, I worked with designers and marketing coordinators on projects in the B2B, SaaS, and edtech space. I learned a lot about these industries and contributed to the company's brand refresh.
My work included marketing campaigns, product launches, blogs, and social media content, like graphics, advertisements, email content, and promotional materials.
Below is a selection of projects from my time there.
Pre-Planning
As Incident IQ evolved beyond its startup roots, the brand needed to reflect its growth, maturity, and expanding audience. The goal was evolution, not revolution. By building on previous visual refreshes, the focus was to refine the existing identity, unify the brand through updated assets and clear guidelines, and create a flexible, scalable system that maintains brand integrity across diverse contexts. We moved away from the previous color-block and angled branding to a more modern style of design with gradient motifs.

Assets
Updated brand assets and templates were created alongside a new icon library to maintain consistency across company materials. Internal resources were organized and uploaded to Confluence and Google Drive, making them easily accessible for employees to use.

Lunch & Learn
Lunch-and-learns played a key role in attracting new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. With several trade shows each year, it was essential to keep our marketing materials, including business cards, banners, stickers, and agendas, up to date and aligned with our brand. I also redesigned and updated our website’s registration page using Unbounce to improve the user experience and streamline sign-ups.

Landing Pages
Incident IQ uses ebooks to educate existing and potential clients about challenges and trends in the K-12 technology space. These resources include both gated and ungated content, each supported by dedicated download pages. I helped redesign these pages to improve the user experience and create a more engaging, accessible way for users to access our resources.
